This has been something that myself as well as my ROM have been trying to get taken care of for over 2 months and it has been nothing but back and forth emails, and nothing done. I sent you the email and within less then 15 minutes you have the whole problem solved and a new phone on the way. Thank you so much for helping get this problem resolved. WAY TO GO!!!

I've been struggling for a few weeks to get a laptop to connect to the internet. Ryan Close was able to solve my issue in under 15 minutes. He always answers tickets very promptly and is willing to dive right in and take any steps necessary to resolve problems. Im not sure how he does it but I am thankful that he does!
